Founder Dan Hounchell drew from his experience in health insurance and law to create a foundation for well-reasoned, process-driven negotiations. In 2020, Shared Success meant extending terms to providers whose cash flow was strained by the pandemic. That same year we launched a Difficult Claims Resolution initiative with revenue cycle partners to ensure clients’ claims were paid.

We tracked with our clients, offering our expertise to overcome regulatory and operational hurdles that came to light. Adjacent to reimbursement negotiations, we leverage our own expertise to develop and manage evidence-based programs for those with substance use disorders and behavioral health diagnoses.
